Jemal Idris, Managing Partner

Mr. Idris, our managing partner, serves as an executive consultant and with decades of experience. As an entrepreneur and an expert in advisory, consulting and leadership development, Jemal has helped organizations and our clients perform at a higher level and develop a High Performance Culture.

Mr. Idris has done extensive business in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America and is uniquely equipped as a cross-cultural business leader and critical thinker. He helps organizations of all types including startups, multinational corporations, and educational institutions address the issues most vital to reaching their potential.

Carol Winkler, Ph.D. Director – Product Development

At Success Factors, Inc., Dr. Carol Winkler  directs our writers and is at work on the next round of Success products.

Carol received her doctorate degree from the University of Texas and has completed significant research into the effects of language on personal identity.

She is highly sought-after as a coach and facilitator and has led personal and professional development seminars to over a thousand individuals.

Fran Fisher, Senior Success coach, Facilitator & Trainer

Fran Fisher, Master Certified Coach, is recognized as one of the pioneers of the coaching profession. She was a founding Executive Board Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the first Executive Director of the Association for Coach Training Organizations (ACTO).

She brings over 25 years’ experience training, mentoring, and coaching new, as well as experienced coaches to Success Factors, Inc.  Licensed in the Living Systems ApproachTM , Fran facilitates team coaching for collaborative work teams.  She is also certified in the Learning in Action EQ Assessment, Core Values Index (CVI) assessment, and the Tilt365.

Carol Jung, Ph.D. – Certified Success coach for executives

Dr. Carol Jung is a Consulting Psychologist and expert at developing strategies to assist individuals and their companies in harnessing their potential and translating that potential into performance. With over thirty years’ experience and training, she has earned a reputation as a stellar Executive Coach through a commitment to the development of leaders who exemplify personal maturity, direction, and the requisite skills to empower and lead.

When it comes to working with the nine Success Factors, clarity of purpose, courage, and a willingness to bear through challenge become critical attributes. Carol integrates her understandings of how people really change with years of experience in creating next step strategies to execute on those key competencies.

She is a member of the Society of Consulting Psychologists, American Psychological Association, and the International Society of Coaching Psychologists.

Janet Andrews, Certified Success coach

Janet Andrews, Associate Certified Coach (ACC), is a leadership and team coach for Success Factors, Inc. She helps individuals build the capacity of their leadership toolbox and maximize their experience to bring forward their operational best for their organizations. Thus, igniting their success factors to top performance.

She draws on over 20 years of experience as a former consulting executive in both systems and organizational change, where she built teams that are cross-functional, cross-generational and geographically-dispersed and helped executive level clients strategize and implement new products and/or organizational change agendas with their constituencies.

She is also certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and as a Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Phyllis Pieri, Certified Success coach

Phyllis Pieri has owned, and operated franchise businesses, and has been advising and coaching people in the world of business for 35 years. She brings her unique perspective to Success Factors, Inc. helping our clients strategize their way forward.

In April 2006, she was interviewed on KCTS TV’s show “Serious Money,” June she was quoted extensively in a column printed in the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce and quoted extensively again in a column in the Tri-Cities Business Journal. In 2011 she became a Certified Franchise Executive and in 2012 a Certified Coach Practitioner. Most recently she got certified in the Core Values Index CVI Assessment tool.

Montoya Flunder, Project Manager

Montoya runs our office, keeps us all organized, and provides tech support where needed. Her background includes supporting the governor of New York, working for the state insurance fund and managing retail spaces.
